  • To analyze the particular learning requirements in terms of effective use of vehicular languages by professionals in work-related situations in the context of professional mobility, including actual and virtual mobility
  • To document the current status quo in professional learning services in terms of language learning for professional communication with native as well as non-native speakers deploying a lingua franca
  • To develop an interactive, situated learning framework adapted to the specific learning requirements of professionals towards the development of language and cultural skills aiming at effective professional communication. Learning design will explore the integration of learning-by-doing, hands-on educational activities that help an individual become exposed to typical communication scenarios in varying environments by exploiting serious games
